• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Products returned with signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

CHANGE OF MIND

• We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply changed your mind, no longer want the item, or ordered the wrong product.

• Please review all product descriptions, images, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

SIZE EXCHANGES

• Size exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

• Before approving a size exchange, we may request a pit-to-pit measurement photo to verify sizing.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the error was made by Seveste.

REFUNDS

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

• We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

• Customers may exchange their item for a different size, color, or eligible product, subject to stock availability.

• If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit or another suitable replacement may be offered.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging for verification.

• Eligible cases will receive a free replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

• Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Final sale or clearance items

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Products returned without their original condition or tags

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

• Orders that have entered production, fulfillment, or shipment can no longer be cancelled.
